The third annual forum, newly co-sponsored by the Great Harbor Yacht Club Foundation, whose scientific advisory board contributes a talk on the harbor’s past, present and future drawn from two decades studying eelgrass along the Cape. The Land Council’s executive director frames the work in the organization’s 45th year — the sole-source aquifer, the wetlands and salt marshes, the freshwater ponds and estuaries — before the program turns to nutrient and nitrogen loading, algae, eelgrass and shellfish, and the monitoring behind the numbers.
